Acquisition deepens system-level HVAC capabilities and advances Meriton’s regional growth strategy in the Pacific Northwest.
BOISE – Jan. 30, 2026 —Meriton, a national alliance of leading HVAC manufacturer representatives, announced the acquisition of Innovative Air, Inc., a respected HVAC representative based in Boise, Idaho. The addition strengthens Meriton’s presence in the Pacific Northwest, building on its existing footprint in the region through CMS.
Founded in 2003, Innovative Air has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, responsive service, and collaborative partnerships with engineers, contractors, and building owners. The company represents a broad portfolio of airside and wetside HVAC equipment and is known for its capabilities in building automation, controls, and system start-up services.
The acquisition advances Meriton’s strategy of partnering with strong local companies that bring deep technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships in key markets. Innovative Air’s experience supporting complex commercial, institutional, and industrial projects enhances Meriton’s ability to deliver integrated, system-level HVAC solutions across the Pacific Northwest.
The Pacific Northwest remains a priority growth market for Meriton, driven by increasing demand for energy-efficient systems, infrastructure modernization, and technically complex building environments. Innovative Air’s system-level capabilities strengthen Meriton’s regional platform, expanding its ability to support high-performance projects while preserving a local, relationship-driven approach.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
